This blend is my Ultimate hormone synergy blend and I am going to share it with you today. This blend is not only incredible for mood, stress and hormone support, it's also amazing for channeling your inner rock star!
Place the number of essential oil drops, per recipe, in a 10 mL rollerball and then fill to the top with your carrier oil of choice (fractionated coconut oil, or almond oil).
I start each morning with this blend, by applying it on my wrists, ankles and behind my ears. I also recommend applying the roller bottle blend over your palms and breathing it in as you rock your super woman stance.
Below you will discover my favorite recipe for a quick and relaxing bath soak. I have included my favorite essential oil blend for relaxing the body and promoting a restful night’s sleep.
3 drops Lavender essential oil
3 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
2 drops Clary Sage essential oil
Fill your bathtub with the hot water. Mix together sea salt, Epsom salts, and baking soda in a small bowl. Add mixture to the bath water. Blend the Calming Bath Blend together and add blend to the bath. Stir the ingredients. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes and visualize all your stress melting away in the tub. Wash off after your bath soak.
This is my favorite blend for helping to relieve stress at a moment’s notice. It’s very easy to mix and use daily when you are feeling overwhelmed and overworked.
Add essential oils to a 10 mL glass rollerball bottle and top off with carrier oil of your choice. Dab on pulse points (behind the ears, temples, wrists, ankles, over heart, etc.) for immediate stress and tension release.
